Birthday Parties at MAKE Farm

Make memories. Make connections. Make your birthday special at MAKE Farm.
Party Details: 

Scheduling:                                                                                      

  • Parties are available Saturdays between 9:00am - 1:00pm

  • Duration: 2 hours (includes guided activity and free play) 

​

Party Age Range: ​

  • Recommended for children ages 3-11 years 

  • Maximum 20 children: chaperones attend for free

  • Adult supervision required (1 chaperone per 6 children)

  • MAKE staff lead seasonal activities 

​

Food & Drinks: 

  • External food is welcome! Bring your own birthday cake, snacks and drinks 

  • Drinking water and water for activities/clean up is available on-site 

​

Activities: 

  • All parties include space rental and free play time in the farm 

  • Seasonal MAKE-led activities may include: 

    • Harvesting in the garden ​

    • Farm-to-tabe culinary creations

    • Hands-on art projects 

    • Basic gardening lessons

  • Shaded picnic tables 

  • Port-a-potty restroom 

  • Bluetooth speaker 

  • Access to water and trash

  • Note: there is currently no electricity at the farm

FAQ 

  • Is there parking at MAKE Farm? 

    • Link website description. Parking is available at the farm with advanced coordination with the MAKE team 

  • Do I have to clean up after my party? 

    • Please clean up the party space and leave it as you found it ​

  • Can I arrive early to start setting up the area? 

    • You may arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to begin ​

  • What are the decorating guidelines? 

    • Decorations such as confetti, glitter, and party poppers are prohibited. All decorations must be removed after the party and should not leave any lasting marks on surfaces ​

  • Can I bring my pets? 

    • Please leave your furry friends at home. Pets are not permitted on the farm. ​

Cancellations

We understand plans can change!

If you need to adjust plans: 

  • Cancel 15+ days before the party: Full refund 

  • Cancel 7-14 days before the party: 50% refund 

  • Cancel less than 7 days before the party: No refund ​

Rescheduling

We're happy to move your event if availability allows. Any price difference between packages will apply​
