ON-SITE Private Event Packages

Our beautiful garden patio and farm is available for a memorable on-site private event.
We can comfortably fit up to 50 guests dining together on the patio.

On-Site Package A: Global Buffet

Let us take you around the world on a feast for all the senses! 

  • Choice of 2 entrees: Afghan Lubya (red kidney bean curry)Haitian Sos Pwa Nwa (vegan black been stew in vegetables and coconut base); Cambodian-inspired Yellow Coconut Curry; Congo-Inspired Moambe (our version of a classic Congolese stew in a rich peanut and tomato sauce)Sudanese Dama (warming stew of slowly simmered peppers, cinnamon, and potatoes); Somali-spiced Red Lentil Stew

  • Add chicken or beef, if you wish   

  • Following sides included: Cucumber and Tomato Salad, Za’atar Toasted Pita Chips with House Made Hummus 

  • Basmati or Jasmine Rice

  • Ginger Mint Cookies, Oatmeal Fruit Jam Bars or Rose Water Chocolate Brownies

  • Hot coffee and tea, hibiscus iced tea and water

On-Site Package B: Wood Fire Grill 

​Treat your guests to our classiest, and most interactive dining experience!

 

The Wood Fire Grill Package offers an array of seasonal vegetables, spiced meats, and locally-caught seafood prepared over an open fire before your eyes. Guests will enjoy an array of salads and sides served family-style. Our chef will work with you to craft and fine tune a menu that fits your preferences as well as takes advantage of fresh, seasonal produce.

  • Mixed Green Salad With Ember Grilled Butternut Squash, Focaccia Croutons & Sumac Vinaigrette

Off-Site A: Lunch and Lite Bites

Perfect for office parties and social gatherings – save yourself the work, and make your special celebration more memorable with items from the global kitchen at MAKE Café

  • Various Platters and Salads for small to large groups 

  • Sandwiches

Off-Site B: Meal Box 

Need a working lunch? Taking the team to an off-site picnic or day at the beach? Or just need something easy and fuss-free to serve?

  • Sandwich or Wrap (Choose: Curry Chicken Salad, Roasted Garlic Hummus, Locally Caught Tuna Salad or Butternut Squash Num Pang)

  • Side Dish choice of fruit salad, pasta salad OR roasted corn, black bean and veggie salad

  • Hummus, Pita Chips and Veggie Crudité

  • Ginger Mint Cookie

 

Off-Site C: Global Buffet at your place
