Dandelion Greens

Dandelion greens are full of vitamins like A and K and minerals, and while they are considered a more bitter green of the bitter greens, don’t be scared off from this highly nutritious and delicious green. 


Dandelion Greens keep quite well in an open plastic bag, in the refrigerator, for up to a week, if not longer. Do not wash until ready to eat. 

Cooking Tips

These greens are benefitted greatly by being paired with a stronger and sweet component, such as a balsamic or red wine vinegar, pears, apples or various citrus, toasted nuts, or even strong cheeses like blue or goat cheese.
