Our menu is inspired by the global cuisines of our trainees and freshness of locally-sourced produce from both our farm and other San Diego farmers, fisherfolk and ranchers.

We have finished building out our new expanded farm site at SDSU Mission Valley. Our first CSA (weekly veggie subscription box) customers will begin in April 2024 and steadily grow each month. Sign up and get locally-grown vegetables each week, while supporting a great cause!
